The Color Alliance

Color Alliance (CA), based in Vlotho, Germany, tries out, tests and certifies printing media and makes ICC profiles available.

As a global alliance it unites the leading international printing media and software manufacturers. The aim of the close collaboration is to simplify production processes in the field of large-size (L-XXL) inkjet printing and to boost productivity and process reliability for printing service providers, dealers, print buyers and end users. The basis is a standardized coating which drastically reduces the number of color profiles and ensures the color accuracy of inkjet prints.

Besides this, the Color Alliance also offers professional trainings and hands-on seminars specially geared towards the LFP (large format printing) area. Experienced and long-standing, the tutoring experts create an interesting, yet efficient mix of theory and practice. At the CA training facilities, the acquired knowledge can be directly transferred into practice. Numerous LFP systems with RIP software of leading manufacturers, measurement tools, print media and all required equipment is available on site.
